Loaded Baked Potato Salad ❤️


°8 medium russet potatoes
°1 cup sour cream
°1/2 cup mayonnaise
°1 pack bacon, cooked and crumbled
°1 onion, chopped
°Chives, to taste
°1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
°Salt and pepper to taste


Washing and cutting potatoes into small pieces. Cover with water and boil until tender, about 20-25 minutes. Drain and cool the potatoes. Once cooled, mix mayonnaise and sour cream. Add ing onions, chives also cheese. Salt & pepper to taste. Top with additional grated cheese and bacon and serve.
