Low Carb Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole


°2 pounds ground beef
°2 garlic cloves, minced
°½ teaspoon onion powder
°1 pound cooked bacon, cut into pieces
°8 eggs
°1 cup heavy whipped cream
°½ teaspoon of salt
°¼ tsp ground black pepper
°1 package (12 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese, divided


Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 2: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and toss beef with garlic and onion powder until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard the fat.
Step 3: Spread the beef on the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan. Stir in the bacon pieces.
Step 4: Whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt and pepper in medium bowl until well blended. Stir in 8 ounces of Cheddar cheese.
Step 5: Pour egg mixture over beef and bacon. Top with the remaining 4 ounces of cheese.
Step 6: Bake in preheated oven until golden on top, 30-35 minutes.
