°6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thirds
°1 cup all-purpose flour
°1/2 teaspoon salt
°1 t seasoned salt  ( Using Lawry's Seasoned Salt)
°3/4 t pepper
°2 t paprika
°1/2 stick butter (or 1/4 cup)
°1 gallon ziplock bag (optional)


Putting thawed chicken strips in a bowl of buttermilk, covering and let marinate for 20-30 mn in the refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Blending and mix well the flour, salt, seasoning salt, pepper, also paprika in a gallon bag or bowl.
Cut half a piece of butter into a few pieces and place in a 9-by-13-inch saucepan. Melting butter in a preheat oven.
Spreading melted butter around bottom of the skillet. Gently spraying pan with cook spray, if obligatory, to make sure there are no dry spots.
Discard excess milk from chicken and coat every piece with the flour mixture. Shake to the bag to cover, or dip every piece into the bowl to cover.
Put each piece of chicken in a preheated frying pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Flip every piece of chicken and keep baking for another 20 min
