Pork and potato casserole


° 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
° 1 pound of pork cut into cubes
° 1 cup sour cream
° ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
° 1 can of Cream of Onion Soup
° 1 sachet of dry onion soup mix
° 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
° 2 cups of herbal flavored stuffing mix


The first step:
In a saucepan, combine the sour cream, the cream of the onion soup mix and the can of the onion soup mix
Add bacon and potato cubes
The second step:
Lay the filling in an even layer over the top of the potatoes and ham
Pour the melted butter over the filling mixture
Third step:
Cover the cooking pot and cook over high heat for 4 hours, or on low heat for 7 hours
The fourth step:
Remove the lid and serve with a sprinkle of parsley, as garnish
