Pumpkin bars with cream cheese frosting



*Ingredients

° 2 eggs
° 1 cup sugar
° ½ can pumpkin puree
° Half a cup of oil
° 1 cup all-purpose flour
° 1 teaspoon baking powder
° 1 teaspoon cinnamon
° Half a teaspoon of baking soda
° Half a teaspoon of salt
° ½ teaspoon ground ginger
° ¼ teaspoon cloves
+frosting:
° 1 box of soft cream cheese
° ½ cup soft unsalted butter
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
° Whole pecans, for garnish

*instructions

The first step:
Preheat oven to 350*
Grease the baking tray
The second step:
 In a large bowl, combine eggs, oil, pumpkin, and sugar
Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ginger, cinnamon and cloves
Third step:
Pour mix to a grease baking tray
Place on the middle rack of the oven and bake for 25 to 27 minutes. Test with a toothpick, if it comes out clean, the rods are done.
The fourth step:
In a medium-sized bowl, place the butter, cream cheese, and cream together.
Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Fifth step:
Sift the confectioners' sugar and mix well until fluffy the way you want it.
